Five Iron Golf

Five Iron Golf Centers offer indoor golf simulation, instruction, and entertainment. Franchisees operate these centers, leasing commercial space that meets the franchisor's criteria. They provide golf simulation services using designated equipment and software, offer memberships and various products/services, and manage staff. Franchisees are responsible for local advertising and marketing, following franchisor guidelines and using approved vendors for certain aspects of the business, including the point-of-sale system and golf simulator software. The franchisor provides pre-opening assistance (site approval, lease review, design specifications, supplier identification, operations manual, advertising advice, and training), ongoing assistance (operational advice, guidance, training, system standards updates, and access to confidential information and trademarks), and a brand fund for advertising and marketing.
